It's a no go!!

Hello my Fashionista's and Entrepreneur's,

I'm sad to say that the BIG yellow truck in my previous post was sold before i could get to it. But don't worry, I found a even better one that i'm going to go look at Saturday or Sunday. It seem like the perfect look and size that i'm going for. So it looks like God was on my side after all. He must of knew i didn't need the yellow truck and showed me a even better one. Well God, I'm going to continue to let you make every decision and choice in my life. You make the best decisions and choices EVER!!!LOL....Some times you have to not be afraid to talk to the Lord and ask him for what you need. But wish me luck, hopefully i'll have the prefect truck before this month ends.

This is the one that i'm going to try to look at and hopefully purchase this weekend. I'M SO EXCITED!!!

Looking for the perfect Truck for my Mobile Store

Hello Everyone,

This is my first blog about me turning my dream into a reality. Just to give you a little background about me. My name is Tamika, I'm 28 years young and have a handsome 2 year old son that can be a hand full at times..lol. I graduated from College in 2009 with a Fashion Marketing degree. It was 2009 when I realized that i will like to get into the fashion industry as a buyer at a high end store. It was very competitive to land a buyers gig at that time. Even though i wasn't able to get the gig i wanted i still had dreams of shopping and traveling for a living. Those dreams eventually turned into a plan on scratch paper and then they started manifesting.

I opened up a online fashion boutique in 2012 (www.retro2chic.storenvy.com). I then wanted to rent a small space somewhere to sell my merchandise but i didn't have the time to sit in one place all day. For one, i worked full time and for two when i wasn't working i had to spend some QT with my family. So i came up with the idea while speaking to my son's father to open up a mobile boutique. That way, i can travel on my off days and go to different events and cities. This will allow me to shop, travel, meet new people and have fun. This is what i always dreamed about doing.

God has shown my my purpose in life. And the reason i know it's my purpose is because i think about it all the time. I can feel my heart pounding when i'm thinking about different idea on how i can expand my business. When something is meant to be you just know. You can feel a sense of peace, excitement and joy in your heart.

I have been searching for the perfect truck for a few months now. I have been driving all over Atlanta to find this truck and as of today i haven't been able to find it. I'm going to go and look at another truck today. Hopefully this is the one.

This is the truck i'm going to look at today!!! I can see my vision in this truck....
